Building on this success, the Digital Passport Initiative moves forward this school year, embedding an Instructional Technology Facilitator in each Limestone County school with 3rd and 4th grade students. The placement of these Instructional Technology Facilitators is critical to the success of the Digital Passport Initiative to insure that students, teachers, administrators and parents feel confident in using the MacBook Air for instructional purposes to advance student learning.
The DPI Team has already been hard at work this summer preparing for the county wide rollout of the Digital Passport Initiative that will include approximately 1400 students and 130 teachers.
